Business Background

Yura&co is Fashion Online Store that newly established in 2020, founded in Australia. Yura&co sales focused on official website and official mobile application.

In the December 2021, Yura&co Head of Marketing, feels the business is not going well in 2021 and found out we have some customers didn't generate revenue in 2021.

Yura&co want to see product performance in 10 months to understanding which product sell well and which product need to boost.

Insight

  • Customer actively purchase on Autumn March and Winter July. Also sometimes in Summer January, but rarely purchase on Spring.
  • Customers loves to shopping on Sunday.
  • Even though Denim revenue decreased on February, April, June, and keep decreased starting on August, Denim still become high demand.

Task Done

  • Analyzed user transaction behavior and product performance and revenue by using EDA with Python and SQL
  • Create performance dashboard using Tableau
